At a starting MSRP of $56,250, this is the high-end version of the 2021 Ram 1500. It shows off on the outside with a corrugated mesh front grille and LED headlights, but the real story is on the inside. Genuine wood accents and leather upholstery wrap the driver and passengers in luxury, while the huge 12-inch touchscreen puts entertainment and directions within easy reach. There are even power running boards for easy in-and-out.

The Limited Longhorn, at $52,180, puts a southwestern spin on the Limited. With special Longhorn badging inside and out, plus the liberal use of real Barnwood trim, the cab has a very distinctive appearance. There's leather everywhere inside the Limited Longhorn, including on the dash, and the 12-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity keeps you in touch even during long road trips. Engines

There are five different engines available across the Ram 1500 lineup. The base engine is a 3.6L Pentastar V6 that offers 305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque. Upgraded options include a 5.7L HEMI V8 with 395 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque, an efficient 3.0L Ecodiesel that offers 480 lb-ft of torque and makes 26 MPG combined, and a massive supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 that transforms the Ram TRX into the most powerful production truck ever built. Some of these engine options are available with eTorque, a mild hybrid system that boosts low-end torque while slightly improving fuel efficiency.

Capacity

The 2021 Ram 1500 boasts up to 12,750 lbs of towing capacity, and you can haul up to 2,300 lbs of payload in the bed. Those figures aren't bad for a luxury truck, but the 2021 Ram 1500 is filled with technology to make towing and hauling easier than ever before.
